The Riverside front desk employees were friendly and helpful, making sure the rental car part of my process was done correctly (called the rental place so they’d come pick me up from Riverside). The actual repairs to my vehicle were flawless, and I was especially impressed that they had cleaned some of my vehicle’s interior (floor mats were clean, my front console display wiped down). The extra care and attention to detail Riverside displayed is why I’ll be recommending them as often as I can!

They did a good job with what the insurance was willing to let them do. The paint job looks really good. They tried to get approval to replace a fog light, but the insurance adjuster said that was from a previous incident.
