Another shop did an estimate & decided that they would not accept the job of repairing my car because there were previous damages that wouldn’t be covered by my insurance, & that they wouldn’t do work if they couldn’t put a 100% guarantee on it. Riverside Collision saw the same issues, of previous damage, but they didn’t let that deter them from giving me the help I needed to get my car back on the road. There was clear communication between them & me as to what could be accomplished, not perfection but a good job.
