I’ve had Ron work on my cars many times. My dad has been going to him for probably almost two decades I think. So we love Riverside! We’ve had good experiences except when we asked them to paint my hood, roof and trunk and for some reason they didn’t paint the trunk which was extremely frustrating but it’s painted now thanks to my dad paying for it and you guys painting it so we’re all good.

The paint on my trunk looks great and definitely makes my cars outside look as nice as the quality of the parts inside. Definitely gave her a confidence boost! (Assuming cars have confidence in the first place lol). The doors work great. So far, so good!

I was helped by a woman (didn’t catch her name) with dark blonde hair probably late 40’s. She said it was her second day working and she was kind, courteous, helpful and funny! Very personable as well. I’m sure she will be amazing at her job going forward.

The technician explained why the bumper didn’t quite fit-because of an earlier accident- but I still wish it could be secured somehow in the spot where it’s loose. The work took a little longer than expected and the headlight covers didn’t get polished like I asked. I know I can bring the car back for that but it’s inconvenient and I was expecting it to be done at the same time. I realized that the front license plate was not replaced the first time you guys fixed the front bumper and I think it would be great to have that put back on for me. Thanks for hearing my feedback.
