The cosmetic work on the car was very professional. However, I was not informed of the problems the car would have when I took possession of it (which resulted in a surprisingly $700 additional charge elsewhere.). The car was way out of alignment when I picked it up. No one told me this was going to be a problem. When I brought it to a mechanic, the strut was bent which was the cause for the car pulling towards the center of the road. Someone should have made me aware of this so that I wasn’t caught off guard.

The car was returned immaculately cleaned, inside and out. It looked better than it had in a long time. The repair was excellent and was completed sooner than expected. I would definitely use Nu-Look again, though I hope I won't have to.
