I was informed of a delay in obtaining the main part for repair, and got prompt feedback when inquiring on status of the work. The attention to detail exceeded my expectation. The new trunk lid is better than the old one was, fits well, opens and closes easily.

As noted, delay in service was explained, and was due to supplier error. My follow uo call was returned promptly, informed me that the car was ready for pick up later that day, and was ready as promised.

Would have had a 10 had you not forgotten to reattach the front impact sensors to the upper radiator support. Not a biggie, took me 5 minutes to take care of it but it probably wasn’t good that they were dangling by their wiring harnesses in back of the radiator fans. Might have gotten a big surprise if it had gotten into the fan.
