After paying the thousands ($1,000) deductible I paid cash I was told I would have my car in an hour. I had to catch a ride to work, and Uber home, and my job sent and Uber for me to get the work the next morning. Not once was I offered a reimbursement for the inconvenience. Bad business...

Woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Nicole) was absolutely fantastic her customer service is out of this world. Repairs were great and done in about 8 days which was fantastic. They even handle returning your rental if you have one with enterprise. All in all it was a great experience would highly recommend
