You all went above and beyond to complete the work when you heard about a family crisis going on with my daughter. You helped me get a rental car and put a great effort into completing the repair early and getting the car back to me. Everyone I dealt with was truly kind in every encounter, even taking time to talk with my handicapped granddaughter who was with me. And on top of it all the car was cleaned for me, all the things that are hard for me to do and manage were tidied up. I will be singing your praises about the team at Rocco's!

I’m so happy to have a shot to be able to refer to people normally I don’t referred to anyone because either the people are rude. It’s overpriced or the quality doesn’t reflect the price, but Rocco‘s is a good shop

Zero communication about anything going on with the car. Only phone call I got was to bring it in and then when it was ready. Even after calling multiple times to get an update and find out what was wrong.
