Front desk representative was over the top. Very nice friendly and made for a pleasant experience. As well as the others I've talked to. Made it a very easy experience from start to finish. Not the best thing needing to go for car repairs but very pleasant over all.

Brooke was amazing! They detailed the vehicle after service and it was very dirty when it went into the shop. Looks brand new. I really appreciate the attention to detail and deep clean, I wasn’t expecting them to clean it so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful thank you so much!

I can't say enough good things about Rocco's. I was informed every step of the way about the repair to my vehicle. Their communication is like none other that I have experienced. Each person from the minute I walked in, to the person who called to inform me of the repairs and the estimate, was cordial, pleasant, and explained everything. It's plain to see this is a class act. My car was repaired quicker than expected and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Roccos Collision and thank each person for the excellent job they do.
