I was generally very satisfied. The only problem for me was that I misunderstood something your representative said. He said you document the process of the repair with photos. But I thought you kept me updated with messages. I think he meant you send the photos to my insurance company, not me. That’s why I was disappointed the I never heard one word from you through the entire week you had the car. I finally called you and asked. The representative seemed surprised to hear from me. I never really got an estimate for when it would be done. I liked your representatives but I just expected there’d be some communication during the repair.
