My experience at Roche Collision was excellent. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. I picked my car up and it looked brand new! I knew everything that was happening from start to finish. I worked with Ken, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He even called to let me know that my insurance had not gone through, which I did not know, and I was able to get it straightened out before I was charged! I really appreciated his diligent work. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and would come back to them in the future.

Communication was great and Ken and Rob were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took any headache out of the experience they could, facilitating the rental, explaining clearly the work that needed to be done. Every interaction was honest, kind and prompt. Would totally recommend them. My car came back to me better than they received it (in addition to the repair, obviously).

More than satisfied. The right side of my BMW looked demolished from an accident. Roche Collision was not only equipped to repair it but when they were done it looked and ran like I just bought it. Superb service with updates from Roche regarding the progress and a very close estimate as to when my car will be ready to go.
