The entire process was excellent. The work was done beautifully, the insurance was handled by Ken as he said it would be, and the work was completed on time. I liked the email communications which kept me in the loop on the timing of the work. Best experience I have had with auto body repair work. I would highly recommend Roche Collision.

At the initial appraisal, I was quoted an aggressive timeline of 3 business days. Once the relevant parts were disassembled for internal examination, more damage was identified. A part was required that took unexpectedly long to arrive. And the car spent more than one day at the dealership for testing. Ultimately the Repair took 7 business days. This was frustrating but the Roche collision team did an excellent job communicating the evolving issues.

easy to deal with helpful listened work seems to have been done perfectly no hitch with loaner if all problems were dealt with in this manner life would be much easier thank you!
