This repair needed special efforts because a replacement part for one of the damaged doors was not available. Roche Collision did an excellent job of fixing the damaged part so it is indistinguishable from new. The situation was confused by uncertainty about the availability of the part, but once it became clear, there was good communication about what needed to happen. We are very satisfied with the work and the way Roche managed the communication with Mapfre and with the rental car company.

These guys fixed my massive hail damage quickly and with zero hassle. They took care of all the insurance and loaner car details, and my one year old Mazda looked like new when I got it back after three days. Hopefully my car will remain untouched for the rest of its natural life, but if not I know where I'll be taking it!
