Overall solid job but left plenty of overspray on vehicle. A lot of residue of compound and had to uninstall passenger front door to reconnect Ambien lighting because it was left disconnected. Wasn't too thrilled with the word to be honest, wasn't the worst job in the world but wasn't the best. I would give overall satisfaction. 7 because the pain match was very good

Communication was my only issue. I had a hard time finding out the status of my vehicle. But they informed me the guy assigned to my case was sick. I go all spoke to a gentleman I wish I remembered his name but he went over everything and gave me everything and provided me with an update. He was extremely helpful and so was Lindsay.

The repair job looks great. My only complaint was that the estimated time was 10 days…the job was done in 19 days. If I knew that it would take that long, I would’ve gotten a rental. The staff (receptionist, etc.) we’re very pleasant.

The people were great just a little confused about coordinating the repair because they had to farm out the bedliner work
