The lady in the front shop was extremely rude to me over the phone and my wife in front of our 6 year old child who could also tell what a mean and nasty lady she was she refused to fix parts of my car that was damaged in the accident and as my wife was pointing things out she would scoff and roll her eyes and then when we picked up the car not only did we notice things that were not repaired we also noticed that little spots where the clear coat had begun to peel had been buffed out so much that now what was a few inches of clear coat peel had been buffed out to the size of a basketball I realize my car was not a shiny new car but in no way shape or form can I say it has been restored even close to how it looked before the accident I can not begin to describe how dissatisfied I am with the service and I would like to speak to someone in person or over the phone about my experience at roe motors (541-415-2505)
