A very odd set of circumstances resulted in the totaling of my car in a weird accident. The fact it happened during Thanksgiving week, made it equally challenging, but every person on your staff, especially Teresa, was kind and courteous and helpful and engaging Teresa is simply a quality human being and a huge a great asset to your organization.
