Customer Service representative was great!!! However, delivery of the vehicle was not to satisfaction. Bumper was not cleaned from protective packaging residue, and wrong bumper was installed.

My Ford looks good from the work that you did but in that someone messed up my tented window on that side of the vehicle. The lady in repair shop on Thursday 1-14-2021 took a picture for the damage and said that she would get back with me. Why I am not completely satisfied I don’t want to be forgotten about to get it fixed now because I have already pick my vehicle up and gone. That lady was very professional in repair shop. I would really like it to fixed soon please.

Door was not put back together properly. Window fell into door when rolled down first time. Parts were missing. Had to have them order. However, they were accommodating and apologetic.
