Made it easy when I came in to get an estimate. In fact, I think I did it in the wrong order and got the estimate before the insurance reached out to have me do it. The team made it easy, told me exactly what I needed to request from the collision insurance team and gave me a believable estimate to the timeframe of the changes. And even with the estimated time taking until the 31st, they completed it by the 29th taking a lot of stress off my shoulders about an upcoming trip starting on the 1st. So thank you all very much!

Rohrman Collision did an immediate estimate and worked directly with my insurance company to get approval to order parts. My vehicle was ready when promised and my inspection confirmed that it looked good as new. There was no evidence any collision damage had occurred!

Nearly a new car after the repairs. Except for a couple of small blemishes which don’t really matter. Have to look very closely to see them.

They did not replace my vent covers like they said they did, they were still broken exactly in the same spot when I handed it to them. All of the silver trim pieces around the radio, and down to the cupholder are scratched, in fact, they look worse than when I took it in. They told me they were fixing a scratch on the passenger side doors and they didn’t fix that.
