Nah... romano mazda service center is very very busy with appointments. you have to wait long long long weeks to get appointment.

They repaired my car body and the metal surface and edge are not smooth. Trunk door open/close button cover was missing and found in the passenger door trail and I fixed it myself. It is mean workers are not carefully and mind on the businesses. Manager is good.

Hands down 10/10 experience. Dan was great to work with. My car looks brand new again. I wasn’t expecting the inside to get a clean up and was pleasantly surprised when I hopping in to a freshly cleaned car! Being able to get a loaner car while my car was being worked on also made it such a seamless experience. Very grateful for Romano Mazda.
