The customer service reps were fantastic. Especially Cassidy. An Ascent wasn’t supposed to be available for use as a loaner. But we needed the space so needed an Ascent. Cassidy got us one. Both reps were very easy to work with and extremely nice.

Everything is great the only issue I have it the muffler seems to be quite loud. It definitely wasn’t this loud before the accident. I know you fixed the underside of the car but I don’t think the muffler got looked at. Is it possible do you to take a look at that?
