Staff was great — polite and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond in service. I was disappointed the white of the new bumper could not be matched exactly to the white of the body of the car. I would use Romano again.

The team was great from the first visit to picking up my vehicle. Mike was great setting up my appointment and getting a loaner set up for me. From start to finish I was totally happy with the repair work on my vehicle at Romano Subaru as well as with the attention paid by the staff. They helped reduce my stress level at a time when it was obviously quite high by their warm and friendly conversation, frequent progress updates, and kindness. I was surprised and delighted to pick up the car beautifully repaired and also spotlessly cleaned inside and out. What a bonus!
