Everything looks great. Car detailing was excellent and a nice surprise. Literally nothing was a hassle during the repair. (Totally unbelievable, since it seems like everything is now!) They handled everything with the insurance company. Romano set me up with a loaner, which was much appreciated and best part, no balance billing after my insurance company made payment.

Totally excellent. Both Mike and Cassidy were professional, cared about my experience and explained every single step. Upon my request, Mike even investigated an optional upgrade for me on my Forester. He could have totally said no and I would have understood, but instead he did it gladly, with no question.

I had the worse experience this time. I was surprise. I am known in my street as “ Subaru family” every one of my kids and me own Subaru that’s all we buys for years and my car crash and they did fix all what happen no one take the time to check all the damages then lied to the insurance company. I am unhappy with this service
