Washed my truck? If they washed it it would have been clean not dirt in spots especially the tires that they put tire dressing on with mud on the tires

Was told I could drop off early to get started it wasn’t started till 8-10 days later which then I could have used my truck since the rental didn’t cover one which put me an extra few weeks behind work

Body work was good- there were scratches on my bumper when the car was returned which weren’t present prior to going to the body shop- this was on the opposite side from the body work

ALTHOUGH THE CAR WAS IN THE SHOP MORE THAN TWO MONTHS, WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE TO BEGIN WITH, IT WAS NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED AND BECAUSE OF THAT IT DIDN'T PASS THE SAFETY INSPECTION. SHAME ON YOU. SHAME.

The collision repair looks good but I will be calling today because there is a piece of trim missing. Also, I have a suggestion- Kingston Nissan would always return the car having cleaned the inside also… It was a nice extra provided.. Barbara
