There was some small spots of chipped paint (from the accident) on the side mirror that were were not repaired even though intake person noticed them on drop off. I didn't find it worth quibbling about because the overall paint job repair on the body itself, was amazing! Like new.

My car has a gab between the hood and the right side of the car it’s pretty noticeable compared to the left side. I recommend you guys are thoroughly inspect the vehicle before having a client pick up their car.

I was kept up to date during the process and it only took a week to get my car back. The repairs and paint look great on my nearly 20 year old car! I also appreciated the partnership with Enterprise where I got a rental car delivered to the collision center and was able to just drop it off back at the collision center when I went to pick up my car.

Only got one update when the car went to the paint shop and they couldn't tell me how long it'd be before that was done. But everything went extremely quickly so it wasn't a huge deal.
