The work took some time due to delays in parts but that is beyond the control of the staff at Romeo. Heather kept me up to date on the work and it was done very well

The body work was great . The parts took several months to arrive and when I picked my car up the backup warning signal is malfunctioning. Hopefully next week that is resolved

The bumper plate was not installed on my bumper. I noticed it hours after picking it up and called Keegan he did in fact say he would order it right then. It’s just an inconvenience for me to have to go back

This repair took 2 months to complete. The service department experienced delays and did not provide sufficient communication to the collision department to keep me up-to-date regarding the progress of our repair.
