After having an unfortunate accident with a deer with my brand new Subaru Crosstrek eye contacted Carriage Traders and their Collision Department. The manager Brian and his assistant Ron were extremely helpful. Luckily my car was drivable until the parts all came in. Knowing I was on a deadline to get my car back they were able to repair my car and get it back to me in less than a week once the parts were available to them. I am extremely grateful for their attention to my timeline which was short. My car looks wonderful it looks like it did when I bought it on March 28th. Thank you so much Brian and Ron. And I especially thank Brian for personally fixing my car. Also whoever the tech was that fixed my Buffalo Bills license frame I thank him because it looks perfect. Thank you again Carriage Traders for giving me back my car in perfect condition.

There was a communication issue between myself and Ron and a different repair was performed than I had agreed to; however I appreciate there was no paper trail to back up my position. As such I truly appreciate Ron’s willingness to find a middle ground. Despite the difficulty, I would use Romeo again.
