Hit deer before Thanksgiving. Got estimate done next day. Bruce said would be at least a month because everybody needed snow tires installed. Finally got a start date of Feb 9. Called Brandi Friday before to make sure they had all the parts since I was still able to drive the truck. She said yes, the labor was 15 hours but it might be 2 weeks in case another part was needed. In reality Ron’s didn’t have the bumper or grill. After waiting 5 weeks the parts were still not available. On a positive note, I was given a loaner to drive after 5 weeks. After 9 weeks the repair was complete. The repair looks good. I checked under the hood when I got home and discovered that the air filter cover was not seated.
