we were very pleased with repair work that was done to our car. Ron's kept us advised on the progress of the work and we were able to pick our car up three days earlier than estimated. Brandy handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and answered all the questions I had. The car looks great! I was a bit embarrassed to take the car to the repair appointment as it was a central New York dirty grey with white salt streaks from the road. It had been below zero so no chance to run it through the car wash. However, Ron's not only cleaned the exterior of the car, they even detailed the inside. That was surprising and very much appreciated.

Consistent updates on the progress of my vehicle were very helpful and the service provided was exceptional! Picked it up and it was washed and had been cleaned on the inside as well! Highly recommend!! Also requested to have my car inspected due to the timeline of it being due. I was told it was the first thing that was done before the body work! Thank you so much for a job well done!!

Michelle at the marathon location was beyond fabulous. Our van was there for over a month and even though we didn’t have a rental car through our insurance, Michelle made sure we had a loaner. Would totally recommend their shop! My van looks as good as new.

Ron’s was awesome to deal with, besides it being a holiday and it taking a while for parts to come in, we were completely satusfied with the work down and they even cleaned out the inside for us upon return :) thank you Ron’s for getting our car in “like it never happened” conditioned !!! Also the rental return was a price of cake. Thank you for all your efforts in making this as smooth as possible!
