Took a few days at a time to get calls back and also there was a misunderstanding about paying the deductible, and paying some of the deductible. But it worked out in the end. Should be clear and precise answers.

It looks good except bigger gap where the two pieces meet. But that is just me being nit-picky

The clips were not pushed in to secure the body panels thus causing a gap between the 2 pieces. I think I was able to snap them into place myself as I do not have time to take time off of work to bring it back again.

Would of been a 10 but I got my truck back with the rear passenger tire having a slow leak. I noticed it right away, wish I would of turned around and brought it back to point it out to them. Hopefully it just needs to be plugged. I'll find out this Saturday

Took the shop 29 days to "finish" the repairs. When I picked it up, the right side of the vehicle wasn't addressed. As if they didn't know it was also involved in the accident. Had to bring it back but then my rental coverage was completed.
