My car sustained rear end damage. When it was returned to me, the hatch and tail lights were misaligned and the bumper was sagging. I left the vehicle at the shop to correct the repair. When the vehicle was returned to me the second time, the hatch was aligned and the bumper was raised but the hatch would not close correctly. It was too tight so that the hatch left a scrape mark on the bumper. In addition to this, many of the caps were not replaced along the edge of the hatch and tailgate. Someone should look the cars over before returning them to the owner,. Bill was pretty nice though.
