I hope they fix the issue. I have waited the week they requested and nothing has changed. I will be contacting them, however, I am leary... as the representative was not cooperative when my husband pointed out the flaws when he picked up the vehicle.

Glass is wavy and does not match original glass in vehicle. When it was pointed out to the body shop representative he said to wait a week for it to âbake inâ. That is a ridiculous request on their part. A new window should be ordered immediately and without excuses.

Just picked up my truck and when i got home i notice the opposite side of the vehicle sratched. So now i have to return to try and take care of it. But the work i got done was to my satisfaction.But i belive that there should be a quality inspection over the entire vehicle so that situations like this dont occure again.

There is "dirt/dust" in the clear coat of the paint job. It was brought to their attention and they asked me to come back next week once the paint cures to buff it out. I will do that this coming week as instructed.
