Everyone was nice and friendly from beginning to end...People who came in from the shop actually spoke to the customers, and I was kept up-to-date with what was going on with my vehicle, especially with the recent storms and power outages.

The bodywork was great. It was a 10 out of 10. However, when I brought my car there , I explained specifically to the young man that as a result of the accident, I had two lights on my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle those same lights are still on. After speaking with the insurance agent, they suggested taking my car back to the shop, but I no longer have a rental nor do I have a way to get to work if I put my car back in the shop so I will be out of an additional expense and having that looked at separately. I also feel like the alignment is still not quite right and it does not feel like anything was done to correct that because my steering is still slightly leaning to the right. All in all, I wish the process had gone a little bit differently and someone had discussed everything that was being done prior to me retrieving a vehicle, but that unfortunately did not happen.

The personnel there were very friendly and welcoming. My only issue is the fact that all issues were not addressed with my car. I’m not trying to get something I was not entitled to, but I feel like they didn’t address everything that was attributable to the accident even the things I explained during the initial review. Other than that, the shop is great. I would recommend.

I had an excellent experience getting my car repaired from start to finish. Andy was very helpful in doing the upfront research on the parts that would be needed and how long it would take to complete the repairs. He was very courteous, friendly and professional throughout the process. The repairs were completed two days early and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work. I’ll definitely refer Roseco to my friends and colleagues.
