Great service and speedy repair but didn’t like the fact that I drove past the shop after receiving a call that my car was ready for pick up and saw my car outside the shop at the end of the block. I have a 2022 and there’s been too many Cadillac converter thefts. The best service you could provide in this instance is to wait until the customer come to retrieve their cars or have some sort of enclosed fence for the safety of the customer’s property

I don't like the sales on of the staff there who go by the name Chris. He didn't inquire about all the details to my vehicle before sending remarks to my insurance regarding what damages were done due to accident that took place on December 2,2021.
