My reasons for my rating is my car was suppose to be ready on 8/13/25. My car was not ready until 8/19/25. This caused a problem with my insurance claim for my car rental. I had to pay out of pocket $200.00 due to your lack of communication. I should have been compensated by Roseco considering it was your fault. I was told too many inconsistent conversations from ANDY.

When dropping off my vehicle, employees just walking by without acknowledging me. No be with you on a minute, or hold on I'll get someone to assist you, no communication.

I took my vehicle to Roseco because they had previously performed work on my wife’s car 2 weeks prior and I was thoroughly satisfied with the workmanship, service and turnaround time. Not so much with my vehicle

You guys diagnosed suspension work was needed but didn’t diagnose that my engine motor mounts were damaged and you had my vehicle a month. If I hadn’t gotten an oil change the day after I got my car from you, it would have gone undiscovered until too late. My car was rear ended while it was parked and nobody thought to check the motor mounts.
