I’ve been to only one other repair shop, and was not satisfied at all with them. I learned my lesson, about taking any vehicle to another place other than Rosedale Collision.

I am not satisfied with the fact that now electrical things are not working well. Cabin lights are not working well. The radio lights are not working well, the memory seating is not working at all. These electrical issues were functioning completely when the client dropped off the car. The headlights were not aligned. These are details that should have been checked before returning the car to the client. It is an inconvenience that the shop cannot fix these things. Now I have to go to another mechanic then call the insurance. I have only one car and I am limited on time. That means I would have to take one to two days off work. And then contact the insurance thus doing unNecessary and inconvenient steps for me. Also, it would mean extra money out-of-pocket for the client because now I have to get an electrical diagnosis and pay for that.
