This people messed up with my car computer a total trash of place! First of all when I had my car in there fixing it they kept telling me that it will be ready next day for a whole week they told me that and I didn’t get a rental I was struggling to get to work and when I finally got it surprise! They messed up with my car computer and now it’s crazy it won’t lock or unlocked and even open the trunk by itself. And top of that they don’t want to take responsibility of that! Trash trash trash of place

There are two people in the reception area, will not name names, as you face both desks, the person sitting on the right side, would cause me to never reten, he has no people skills.

I had a pleasant experience last time I needed work done so I decided to return my business. The work was fine but I felt a lack of communication. I took my car in Jan 5th for an estimate and to have the parts ordered. I didn’t want to be pushy but I waited over a month and a half before I called the office on Feb 24 myself to check and see if my parts were in yet. Still was not able to get a clear answer because apparently the system was down but was told to bring it on Monday. Again I had to be the one to call in to find out the work was done on Friday, which was not as big of a deal but after waiting so long the first time just wanted more update on the progress as far as expectation of completion since I was in a rental for that time. In all honesty, I will probably try somewhere else should I need repairs again.

Missing bolts over spay on window plastic tailgaTe nog closing correctly other that it’s alright not the best but it is what it is !!!! What can I do insurance wnt pay even though it was. It my fault 🤦♂️ in accident got rear ended!!!!!! But I guess they’re ok 👍!!! But yah I’m taking it it back they said they will put my missing bolts ! N also my truck had more compartments on bed Soo never got my others extra parts I want them back I paid allot of money for them !!!
