Overall, it was a pretty great service. I think they still need to work on dotting their i’s and crossing their t’s. They keep records of all discussions/interactions which is great back up but they did forget a few small touches that would have brought the job from good to excellent. For example making sure tire air pressures were at standard, steering wheel aligned, covers for air filters were missing…things like that.

The work done on my car was great. It was just that I got my estimate and I was told they would order the parts and I would be contacted when the parts were in so I could take my car in for the repair. . I did not hear back from anyone after a few weeks so I call your office to ask and the parts had not been ordered yet. Not sure what happen. but after my called the parts were ordered and I took my car in a couple of days later to get it repaired.
