My car looks good !!! But I guess it had a alignment done on it and I think it’s not right when driving, it pulls to the right really bad !!!! I just noticed it after driving it for a couple of days !!!!

Went in to fix my windshields because they were shot out and when I went to pick up my car , the trunk door did not want to open. Never had any problems with my trunk door before and it was working when I took it in. Now they are saying they can’t fix it and have to take it to the dealership and also want to charge me for it when they are the ones who did something to it. I call to get updates on my car & they either never pick up their phones or they say they will call me back & they don’t. Super unprofessional & bad work! I just need my car fixed so I can take it already! It’s hard to get around without my car & they have already had it for 3 weeks !

When they fixed my windshields, there was huge gaps on the left side between the trunk and the window & the right side was fine. They are not fixing it or aligning it properly !

I used Rosedale collision before. each time I received excellent service. The parts and service was done as scheduled both times. You can not tell any difference from when new. Paint job was perfect as were all repairs.
