Rosedale Collision communicated very well with the progress of the repair and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Darin was very knowledgeable with the maintenance work that needed to be done and they were very enthusiastic to help us. The lug nut bolts on the car are shredded and the rim still has a dent, to discover tape still holding up the bumper is not promising for any work that was done to be trusted it was done right and double checked. My car is still pulling to one side and now it's making loud popping sounds when I turn like something isn't on right or grinding which explains why the tire icon is still on. The whole metal reshape looks like someone cut it with scissors and painted over it. The new scratches and bent wheel wall makes no sense. I'm actually kinda sad about the work that was done because this is my only form of transportation.
