The engagement team is great and provides the red carpet treatment to their clients. That said, I am sad to see that the respect wasn’t always reciprocated by the customers needing work. I totally understand that if you are seeking the services of Rosslynn Team, then chances are that there’s a level of unknown and being on edge. Nonetheless, the Team was always very overly respectful to the clients and provided accommodations above and beyond the call of a collision center. If you’re in need of repairs to your vehicle, give this company a chance. They will make your vehicle right at all costs, and will treat you with the respect that seems to be an anomaly these days. Great service, great communication, and great people!
