Ms. Vickie greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions. This was painless needless to say. But this would add a FIVE STAR touch when picking up the vehicle. Please have additional lighting on the outside and have someone walk with you out to go over the vehicle to be sure everything is in order. Other than that Super Fast turn around.

Thank you all for repairing my car. It looks great. Just like the first day I bought it. The guys in the shop did a really good job. It was nice how I was updated on the progress of the repairs via email. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. As well as the gentleman that spoke with me when I first drop off my car. The car is now 2 different colors. I have contacted the insurance companies to let them handle it! The replacement door is bent. Paint has puddled and dried at the bottom of both doors. The staff was excellent, but level of work is totally unacceptable.

it took a long time to paint two bumpers and a hood. I was very disappointed when I came to pick it up. the paint had swirl marks, one of my license plates was missing, and there were tape marks where you masked the work. it was maaco quality. you did a much better job when I refused to accept the work. you have good potential to be a very good body shop. but you need to pay attention to detail and conduct a thorough assessment when you think the job is done
