Patricia kept me in the loop after all the issues with USAA and showed her empathy and the detail car cleaning was excellent. Shout out the car detailing department for doing an amazing job on cleaning my car making it feel brand new again plus the auto repair guys that did what was expected. Great work.

Bryan was very communicative, honest, transparent, and friendly. He drove me home when I dropped off the car, and stayed late after hours when I picked it up. Truly excellent service - made a bad situation much, much better. Thank you Bryan!
