I am truly impressed and blown away by the service I received from the team, especially Brian Flores, my rep. I chose this auto shop based on the great reviews I read, and my experience did not disappoint. A little background: I had a claim issued back in September 2024 with Tesla, but after months of unanswered emails and poor customer service regarding my rental reimbursement, I hesitated to bring my car in for repairs. Nearly a year passed without any progress. That’s when Brian stepped in. He went above and beyond to find solutions to cover the lack of rental funds I should have received from Tesla. To my astonishment, he made it work. I was expecting the repair to take four weeks, which would have been devastating without a rental car, but to my surprise, I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and got it back the following Tuesday. Not only that, when I couldn’t afford an Uber after dropping off my car, Brian insisted on driving me to the nearest Metro station himself. That small act of kindness meant so much, and it speaks volumes about his character and commitment to his customers. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the genuine care I received from Brian and the team were nothing short of outstanding. In all my years, this has been one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much, Brian and team. Bryan and Oscar were the most respectful and professional people I have met in my travels getting my vehicles serviced or repaired. They exceeded our expectations and made this whole transaction smooth with absolutely no hassles. The insurance companies they dealt with seemed quite reasonable and forthcoming to make us comfortable and go about our normal while the vehicles were being fixed up. I recommend Rosslyn Autobody to anyone who wants a good repair work done to your vehicles. They are Rivian certified and their owner Chris is the second most personable individual I have met in the auto industry.

One of the best from receptionist (Veronica) to the owner Chris were providing utmost customer satisfaction. When my rental was not showing up Chris had ine of his colleagues drop me off. On day one I showed ip at the shop without a ride and Chris had his colleague drop me at work. No one does that unless they have customer satisfaction at the top of their goals!

It’s far from my place but I’m glad that I chose Rosslyn Auto Body as it was a great experience. Oscar took the car in and handled everything and made sure that I got the car ready as soon as possible. Oscar kept me in the loop on the whole process, including sending the updated estimate to my insurance, status of the delivery of parts and updates on the repair. The work was perfect and clean, and I’d recommend them any day since they’re manufacturer certified for many premium brands.

We are out of town and we were given a fixed price amount to be able to come pick up the car. We mailed a certified check overnight for that amount. When we went to pick up the car, we were told that there was an additional $400 charge This is about as unprofessional and slimy as it gets. I would never recommend this company. I would never do business with your company again, and I will actually do anything. I can to share this info with this many people as possible.

Patricia took great care of me during the entire process with insurance and making sure my VW was put back together according to the manufacturer. My car was put back together as quickly as possible with great attention to detail. I’m very pleased and recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs.
