Russell is a man of integrity. his personable interaction with us was understanding and he cared about what we were experiencing with having our vehicle repaired. his calm demeanor helped. the original estimated time for the repairs to be completed was actually less by two days. the whole process was seamless. further, the front office staff was likewise supportive with patience answering my questions while having the answers. lastly, the repair results looked as if our van was driven off the new car showroom. The repair job was excellent, but they didn’t check the tire rim I had asked them to. It was on the same side as the car was damaged. I have called and been told I could take it back in, but to be without it, even for a little while is too much. All in all they were great. I recommend them highly. I’m taking care of the rim myself.

Round Rock Collision was awesome. They managed getting my cars lower bumper which was backordered in a timely manner. The repair was done well and in a timely manner. Russell kept me informed of my cars status throughout the process and did a great job. My thanks to him for expediting getting the bumper repaired and making the process a 5 star experience.
