I was devastated by the hit and run, but Autocrafters got my car in the day after the accident! The staff was very friendly and made what was a devastating situation for me a pleasant experience. Quick repairs, only a week and a half. My car looks absolutely wonderful, better than I’ve ever seen it actually. (Bought it used, there was minor damage in the area it got hit, so all the old owner’s damage is now gone). Clear coating and buffing my hood was going the extra mile, now the rock chips are smoothed over and that front end just shines. The fender doesn’t totally fit with the body lines on the door, but very minor and only seen from looking down from the back of the car. Doesn’t really bother me cause still better than it was the day I bought it. Paint looks good, the panel gaps look good, and I got the car back pretty quickly. Great communication too about the repair progress, getting texts when it went into the paint shop.

The work on my car was completed in a timely fashion. Autocafters kept me posted on on my vehicle repair. They were in constant communication with me via text messaging. My car looked great. Services was professional. Front office staff was friendly and considerate. I would recommend them.

My customer experience was stellar. Sam at the front desk and everyone I interacted with treated me with kindness and respect. I felt welcomed and my concerns not cast aside.
