I have been meaning to call concerning the way my car rides now. It use to be very smooth and very quiet. It still has a slight vibration and noise that was never there. When I brought it up to Russ I was told my tires just needed balancing! Wrong! I also just received a notice that even more money was just paid out again from work done in December. How is that possible how and why would they need more money from work done over 2 months ago? If that is the case then my car should ride like new!
