New part was NOT cleaned when attached and was dusty and dried out from sitting in the junk yard they got it from. The plastic parts were dried out and yellowed and the wiper blade was dried and crappy. The one on my old part could have been salvaged and replaced, the overall part sourced for replacement was not as good of quality as the damaged one.
