You send notifications on the status of the repair. Excellent. I received a notice that my car was all fixed and "ready to come home". The next day I stop by about 2 and am told that the body repair was done but it was still out for front end alignment. I was told it would be back by 3. I got there at 3 and waited until 4:45 before the car was available to me. The work is excellent but why send out a notice that the car is ready to come home and the next day it is not ready until almost closing?
