I was recommended here from people in the area. The repairs and paint that was done look great. But the attention to detail on a simple door trim was missed somehow, or tried to be passed off as already in that condition. So I am waiting for that be corrected. If it all gets resolved I would highly recommend this shop.

Sent truck in for an insurance claim repair. While the truck was there I asked for them to also complete another repair unrelated to the insurance claim. Overall the requested repairs were done well, but a door trim piece that was on an unaffected area of the truck was not looking correct. I did a walk around the truck and came to discover that one of the door trim pieces was pink. My truck is white. I simply asked the guy handling my claims why is that. He told me that this is how it was when the truck was dropped off. Luckily for me i took photos of the truck before i dropped it off. My door trim on my white truck was not pink. Another coworker there grabbed my original damaged trim on the front door and I simply asked him, Do you see any pink anywhere? His response was no. Finally it was decided that the door trim will get painted for me. Unfortunately when removing the trim by the worker, it broke. I was told a new door trim would be purchased for me and paint and all I will need to do is show up so they can put back on my door. Overall I would be scoring my experience a lot higher, but I am waiting for this issue to be resolved. I was very surprised that the hood, door, and fender work looked amazing, but somehow a pink door trim was suppose to be ok with me. Wish it would of been painted and reinstalled initially. Looking forward to this issue being resolved and a second review will follow.

After inspection of my truck and noticing something very wrong with the results, it was finally decided that the issue would be resolved. I am waiting for a phone call to come in with the corrections to be handled.

Rt 66 Autobody is the best. I used them once before. The quality of their work is outstanding and they make the process easy on the customer.
