It was my first time using insurance to cover a car repair. After getting the quote, a week later my insurance still hadn’t received the quote so called to follow up to get that sent. Then another week passed and hadn’t heard anything further so called to follow up again, and was told that I needed to tell them that I wanted to proceed with the repair that I wasn’t informed of. Once we got all that taken care of, everything was a breeze, I was called when my part came in and was in and out for the repair. The customer service was friendly each encounter.

Dirk, Denise, and Jacob did a great job taking care of repairing the bodywork to my vehicle. As always, Tina Randall and her team did a fantastic job in servicing my car after the body work was completed. Excellent service after the sale (Suzanne Clem rocks!) and knowing that I will be treated respectfully every time (since 1989) I bring my car to the dealership for service is why Roy O'Brien Ford is my favorite dealership.
