Interior was not clean when returned, gross film on EVERY surface; smelled like an auto shop, heavy petroleum smell, which is especially dissapointing as the vehicle is 3 months old.

Denise was very pleasant to deal with, Chris Pilette did a thorough job with the estimation of the damage and was very polite to me as a customer. The technicians who did the work did a great job restoring the front end to "like new" appearance. The job was finished in a timely manner. Your shop has worked on my vehicle in the past and has done great work. As a mechanic and fabricator in the automotive industry for 45 years, I appreciate thorough work with attention to the details. If I ever need work done in the future, (and I pray I don't), I will use the same facility. Keep up the good work and God bless everyone.

The only issue I have is that the replacement tint on the crew cab door is not the same darkness as was on the original. Other than that, the folks at the collision shop did a “bang up” job! Looks great! Many thanks. RPBII

Car looked great! Fast friendly and professional staff. I would recommended Roy O’Brien for body work. They do a great job washing my car too it looks beautiful inside and out when I pick it up. And I like that you have a shuttle in case of need. GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!!

The vehicle was not repaired properly, which was immediately brought to the attention of the manager who said it would be taken back in. He was supposed to get it back in weeks ago but I haven’t heard back. Extremely dissatisfied
